FlashSack - Competition Terms & Conditions

1. The promoter of the FlashSack competition is Blinkers (UK) Ltd, PO Box 102, Liphook, Hampshire, United Kingdom, GU30 7WX.
2. Only entrants that agree to these Competition Terms and Conditions of Entry by checking the box can be accepted in to the competition.
3. No employee of Blinkers (UK) Limited, or its associated companies or any company associated with a particular competition, promotion or game, or any member of their family may enter.
4. Due to the nature of our bright flashing products, they must not be used by, or near people or animals with epilepsy.
5. Unless otherwise specified, all entries must be made using the entry form on our web site. Entries sent by post or via email will not be accepted.
6. Competition entries that are rude, abusive or deemed otherwise unsuitable by Blinkers (UK) Ltd will be automatically excluded from the competition.
7. The winning entry will be the first correct entry drawn at random each month. The draw will take place on the first working day of each month. Entries submitted after this time will be automatically entered in to the next draw.
8. Only one entry per person, per email address, per month is permitted
9. Proof of submitting entry to the competition via our web site is not proof of our receipt of your entry. No responsibility can be accepted for entries that are lost, delayed, damaged or destroyed.
10. Prizes are as stated. No alternative prizes cash or otherwise will be available.
11. The prize may not be transferred to any other person.
12. Winners will be notified within 7 days after each competition draw, either via telephone or email.
13. Upon notification, Winners must provide their full and correct postal address to Blinkers (UK) Limited within 7 days so that we can send you your prize.
14. The prize may be of a specification and colour as chosen by Blinkers (UK) Limited.
15. All prizes will be sent to winners via Royal Mail First Class post. Blinkers (UK) Limited cannot accept responsibility for delivery. Competition winners will also be offered Royal Mail Signed For and/or Royal Mail Special Delivery postal services and will be required to pay the additional delivery charges for these services.
16. Use of false name or contact information, i.e. name or address by which the entrant is not usually known, will disqualify them from receiving any prize.
17. Competition winners agree to keep confidential any knowledge about Blinkers (UK) Ltd, and its business and personnel, received by them as a result of the competition.
18. Blinkers (UK) Limited reserve the right to publish details of any competition winners and/or entrants and that their names, county and/or country including and their suggestion(s) on "I would use my FlashSack for..." may be published on our website, and/or in other marketing and publicity material.
19. In circumstances beyond the reasonable control of Blinkers (UK) Limited, the judges reserve the right, with absolute discretion, to disqualify any entry, add to or amend any rules, or to cancel the whole or part of any competition, game or promotion at any stage without prior notification. The decision of the Judges on all matters relating to competitions will be final and no further correspondence will be entered into.
20. Where Blinkers (UK) Limited offer prizes on behalf of another company, that company will be responsible for providing the prizes in full. Blinkers (UK) Limited can not be held responsible for any failure to provide prizes as specified and all enquiries in reference to such prizes will be referred to the associated companies.
21. In the event of a discrepancy between these rules and those published alongside a particular competition, promotion or game, the judges’ decision will be final, and no further correspondence will be entered into.
22. A list of winners will be provided on receipt of a written request and a stamped, addressed envelope.
23. No purchase/payment is required unless stated, except in the case of special/postal delivery charges.
24. Any closing date for entries and/or rules of play which is published as part of any competition, promotion or game forms part of the rules for entry of that competition, promotion or game.
25. Unless otherwise stated in competition-specific rules, competitions are open to entrants of all ages with the proviso that entrants under the age of 16 have the permission of their parent or guardian.
26. All entries received will be deemed to be the property of Blinkers (UK) Limited and cannot, as such, be returned.
27. Blinkers (UK) Limited will retain your personal details for a reasonable time so that we can send you any prize that you may have won, to verify that these rules have been complied with, and for future accounting and marketing purposes. We may pass your details on to our resellers and agents for the purposes of sending you future marketing information that applies to you.
28. Blinkers (UK) Ltd will not be liable for any damage, loss or disappointment suffered by any person taking part or not being able to take part in a competition.
29. Entry to a competition, promotion or game will be made exclusively via the website(s) of Blinkers (UK) Limited.
30. If a competition appears (solely or in part) on the website(s) of Blinkers (UK) Limited, the rules of entry outlined above are deemed to apply.
